2. Encryption and Security

To provide a secure environment, Golden Notes utilizes top-of-the-edge encryption methods and blockchain technology.

• Non-Custodial Services: For our non-custodial wallets, we do not have access to your private keys or recovery phrases. These are encrypted locally on your device or backed up in your personal cloud storage (such as Google Drive) via encrypted channels.
• Privacy-Focused Movements: We leverage blockchain protocols to allow users to execute transactions and movements privately, ensuring the highest standards of digital sovereignty.

3. Use of Google Drive API

Our application requests access to your Google Drive specifically to store and retrieve an encrypted backup of your private keys. Golden Notes:

• Only accesses files created by our application (drive.file scope).
• Does not read, modify, or delete any other files in your Google Drive.
• Ensures that the data uploaded is already encrypted locally before transmission.

4. Legal Responsibility and Cooperation

Golden Notes deeply respects the fundamental rights of individuals, including the right to life, liberty, and private property. In accordance with these values, Golden Blockchain Ltda. does not condone the use of its assets for activities that infringe upon the rights of other users or third parties.

Cooperation with Authorities: If a user is reported for misuse of assets or engaging in activities that harm the rights of others, Golden Blockchain Ltda. will collaborate with the relevant legal authorities to neutralize such actions and provide necessary information as required by law.

5. Disclosure of Google User Data

Our application requests access to specific Google user data to provide core functionality. Below we disclose the types of data accessed and how they are used:

• Google Profile and Email: We access your basic profile information and email address to identify you as a unique user, personalize your experience, and provide account-related security notifications.
• Google Drive Access (Restricted Scope): We use the drive.file scope to create, read, and update a specific configuration file. This file contains your locally encrypted private keys. We do not access, read, or delete any other documents or data in your Google Drive.

6. Data Usage, Storage, and Sharing

Usage: The data accessed is used exclusively to facilitate the backup and recovery of your non-custodial wallet. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

Storage: We do not store your Google User Data on our own servers. Profile data is managed via Firebase Authentication, and wallet backups remain exclusively within your personal Google Drive account.

Sharing: We do not share your Google user data with third parties, including advertisers or data brokers. Data is only transmitted between your device and Google's official servers.

AI/ML Training: We do not use any Google user data collected to train machine learning models or artificial intelligence.
